“The client wants to sue. Will I go with it and earn the big bucks or do I suggest a different approach that would pay zilch?”

In this day and age, we are living in a very litigious society. In any breach or violation, a person’s knee-jerk reaction is to find a lawyer and then sue the B@$+@*d.

Suing is not bad, that’s why the courts are there. But if there is another way to protect rights or redress wrongs, wouldn’t it be so bad to at least look into it?
